1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jewosolar.com and any purchase made through it. The website and any orders placed through it are operated by [Legal entity name], registered at [registered address, country], EU VAT number [VAT number] (“we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products, pricing and availability

We describe our products (solar panels, inverters, batteries and mounting hardware) as accurately as possible, but specifications are supplied by manufacturers and may change without notice. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Product images are illustrative; actual equipment may vary in appearance.

3. Placing an order

An order is a binding offer to buy once you complete checkout. We will confirm acceptance by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing error, stock shortage, or suspected fraud), in which case any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

4. Payment

5. Delivery

6. Title and risk

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full. Until then, we retain title to the goods, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

If you are a consumer buying from within the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). 8. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer or JEWO Solar warranty stated on the relevant product page (for example, up to 25 years on panel performance). This is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory legal guarantee rights as a consumer under EU law (a minimum 2-year legal guarantee on goods sold to consumers). 9. Liability
